It shouldn't be this hard to get my music transferred. Makes me want to return the Versa and I just got it. I have a Asus laptop - tried turning off bluetooth on phone and computer like I read in other posts. Didn't work. I have the fitbit app on desktop. Not sure what to do now.

@SunsetRunner Are you getting any errors? Have you tried rebooting your computer and Versa, and restarting the whole process? Have you checked this help article?
