transferring music to my Veresa from windows 10. samsung note, lap top

I have been trying to transfer music for a few months now with out no luck from all devices. If transferring isn't possible I wish I'd know. I purchased because it stated it had this feature. Any help would be appreciated. To late to return to store.

I've not used music on my versa so can't offer any tips other than to go through fitbit's guide to setting it up at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2251/

My charge 2 screen locked up and I am setting up a Versa now.  When I looked at downloading the app on my PC, it said that the app was not available for the PC and to use the phone app.  the phone app does not have a option to download.  I assume I need another app on my android phone.  Trying to select one now.
