tried switching clock and now wont load or install

Tried to switch my clock and waveform wont install or load. And wont let me change clock at all. Its been like this for 30 min

Tried uninstalling app and reinstalling nothing works

Waveform went dead on me a week ago and won't reload; I've switched to Universal which is similar, but would prefer Waveform because it's easier to view the fewer options on the right side of the watch.
