trouble syncing music or Deezer to my Versa!

ive tried for 3 days now, won't connect via my MacBook for my music and when I sync to deezer it won't go past 0%!!. i've turned bluetooth and wifi off on all other devices in the house incase they interfere and have been sitting right next to my router! i've deleted the Fitbit off of my iPhone 7 and re synced it but still the same!.... help?

I finally managed to get my music on to my Versa - and all I was doing wrong was not creating a playlist in iTunes.

 

I think it's a bit misleading when the app asks you about folders which is why I got myself in a faff in the first instance. 

 

But when I created the playlist, the app automatically found it and began syncing it. I have 57 tracks on it and it did take 25mins to sync, but at least they're there.

 

I am using a Mac and my music is stored on an external hard drive. I had to plug the Versa into the cradle then plug that into my Mac.

Me too! I actually was in the prosess of adding music with Deezer it but it was taking forever and I had to leave the house so I removed the Versa at 48%, no idea how I got it connected in the first place. Now it won't sync at all. It dosen't connect, just says error..
