When I try to download the fiit app from the store on my versa lite it won't allow me to install as it says I must make sure my phone is up to date.
When I check it says my phone is up to date
Can you help please?

@Kez10 If I understand correctly, you need the fiit app on your phone already. Fitbit should then allow you to add fiit to your fitbit apps, and should then also allow you to download fit to your watch. You have the fiit app already and it's still greyed out in your fitbit settings?

@Kez10 ask the people who make that app. They have requirements for phones and operating systems, just like Fitbit. You'll need to check with them.
