unable to unlock from phone, cannot receive code on Versa to connect

Hello all,

 

I got locked out of my Versa, then made the mistake of unpairing it from my iPhone app. Now I can’t receive the code to sync with my phone because all I get on my Versa is the message, “unlock from phone.”

 

any solutions?

Hi, I'm afraid that the only wat to solve your problem is a Factory Reset, which brings your Versa back to the "in the box" state, so if it's new and never has been used before. Before setting up your Versa again with your phone, I would advice you to deinstall the Fitbit app on your phone, restart you phone after that and reinstall Fitbit app again and of course enable BT. Now you can setup your Versa again. Whenever you encounter any problems during the setup, cause the new Firmware Version will be installed, see this guide how to setup your Versa using WiFi instead of BT.
