Can anyone help me?
My Fitbit tells me to unlock with my phone which I tried to do but didn’t succeed. I erased the Fitbit device from my app and now have no idea what to do. Any advice?

Hi, the only advice I can give you is to perform a Factory Reset. Before doing the FR, if it's possible for you, sync your Versa with the Fitbit app so you will not loose any data. Click the link and you will find all the needed info on how to perform a FR, but also how to setup your Versa all over again to your Phone cause the Versa is actually a new watch after a FR.

Hi, I did nor advice you to reset/restart it, but do a Factory Reset, which will bring your Versa back as if it still was in the box and in the Factory, so never been used before and being a new watch in fact.
