update to fix water logging from watch

I have done the update for the today app, but it isn't going to the correct update. The message said it should be version 70.7.21 and I have version 70.7.14  This is getting very frustrating! I'm not happy that the thread was closed as being taken care of when I sent a message that it didn't work!

I'm not sure @michellem85 what the issue is. 

You say that there is a water issue, then describe a firmware issue and mention a locked thread without a link to the thread.

There was a message yesterday about updating the Today app to be able to add water logs on your watch. It gave the version it should go to. I did the update, but my version is different and I still can't add water amounts through my watch. There was a message later (after I messaged about the issue) that the thread would be closed because the problem has been resolved. It's obviously not resolved because someone else added the same message I did. I'm not very happy about this situation! I believe I was very clear about the issue in my message.
