versa 2 glitch and heart rate not reading

Hey everyone

 

i hope your well, ive had my versa 2 now for a while and can't live without it. however over the past couple of days it is not reading my heart rate, no flashing green lights underneath and my watch is very glitchy, i try select something and it doesn't let me tap on it. 

 

ive turned my phone and my watch on and off and i have also hard restarted my versa, but nothing unfortunately. 

 

can anyone help with this problem?

Im having a similar problem the HR monitor for me when exercising wont go beyond 133 and periodically goes off for long durations during cardio exercise.

Me too. I had contacted customer support. Reset and still nothing with the pulse or green lights, so I question how accurate the steps are. Now I can’t get back that original tech support forum
