ever since i updated my versa 2 watch on september 27th 2023, my heart rate will not work. its either not showing at all or its stuck on the same number. i tried restarting my device multiple times, syncing it to the app, nothing works. this is very frustrating as someone who uses their fitbit to track calories burned during workouts and seeing as my heartrate is stuck it doesnt give me proper and accurate stats

no i have not. i actually just ended up taking it off cuz it was frustrating me so much so its been on the charger for the past few days. would love to know what the hell i could do to fix it tho lol

Yep same happened to mine, started with the battery draining super fast and the watch dying. I charged it up and it hasn’t worked properly since. No heart rate data, screen not responding to touch. I have tried everything, customer service did nothing….in the past they would troubleshoot and make suggestions but this time basically they were like “oh sorry” and offered me a discount on a new device! I’m so annoyed and disappointed. All I am seeing is people complaining about the new app and how it has caused issues to their devices and they don’t seem to care. I was totally fobbed off by them so definitively won’t be buying another Fitbit. Will look at other brands instead.
