So I wake up for work, got ready and had no issues with my versa 2 like I haven't for the last 6 or so months this (got my versa from kohl's as a black Monday sale) and after a couple hours at work it starts vibrating like I got a text. I check it instead of pulling my phone out of my tool belt and it asks for my lock code. I put it in and again within 30 seconds it vibrates again like I got a text and wanting the lock code. I had to deal with this ALL DAY LONG since Iike to know the time and see what I was texted... this thing is only about 6 months old, so if it's failing already im sure glad I forked out a few extra bucks for a replacement warranty...
Ps, I did restart it by holding the button down and nothing changed.

And now I notice its not tracking sleep or footsteps....
It also seems I'm the only person using a fitbit with heart rate monitoring that isn't functioning and now its just a glorified smart watch not doing most of what its designed to do...

Back to page 2 and still no responses from the so called fitbit support team. I guess even though this is my 3rd fitbit (and now my last fitbit thanks to the lack of support on all of my devices which all had less than stellar performance over a short lived life) I guess I should have learned my lesson with the first 2 before dropping a sizable sum on a 3rd thinking it would be better.
Looks like I'm going to move to Apple as much as I dispise them, but hey, they offer actual support for their products.

Yup, apple, here I come...
Factory reset my versa 2 (required updating during reinstall) which restored heart rate for a couple hours, then did the no screen/unresponsive screen/reboot loop thing, now we are back to no heart rate as well as it draining the battery like no tomorrow (its eaten 35% in less than 2 hours when it only used 25% a day before the update) Instructed my wife not to update hers if she doesn't want it to be a bricked piece of **ahem** like mine. This will for sure be the last bit of money I waste on a fitbit since 2 of 3 devices never made it out of warranty without issues. Hell, this one started with issues from the get go with my S10+... good bye fitbit, I hope you go under since none of your devices live as close to the time you've designed them to, so your representatives say. Maybe if you wouldn't completely **ahem** your customers they wouldn't leave like i see so many on this forum doing.
