I've restarted both devices, turned bluetooth on and off, and force stopped so many times that my finger is numb. I've tried multiple devices, I've tried connecting straight from bluetooth. Yet still nothing. It stays synced for usually a few hours until it stops and then I forget about it for a few days, then let it sync for 7 hours after an hour of troubleshooting.

Hi @11lora - as it does sync, the problem can be a phone issue and sequences of troubleshooting.
Firstly remove all Bluetooth entries for the watch from other devices than the primary phone, as multiple devices can cause problems.
In your phone's Settings check you don't have battery saving shutting down the Fitbit App, Bluetooth or location, possiblity the main reason.
Logging out of the Fitbit App and restarting both watch and phone should restore things to normal but if not, remove the Versa 2 from the phone's Bluetooth and repeat the process.
When you login again to the app, wait for the pair and link prompts as it rebuilds the Bluetooth connection if you have the latest Fitbit App version.
