versa 2 not registering reminder to move and active minutes

I've selected 9 hours active but not getting reminders to move and its coming up saying 0 of 9 hours active despite the step count working. I've reset to factory settings I've deleted app and reinstalled and same issue isn't fixing itself just wondering am I missing something
