versa 2 not tracking sleep or heart rate

My fitbit versa 2 is not receiving my heart rate, no green lights when wearing it and my sleep tracking is not working, i have reset it many times since it first stopped two weeks ago i have also tried factory reset also. i don't have any other reasons for it not to work it is in top condition. i have an iphone 11
