I dont know whats going on my watch a versa 2 has dropped an hour will not sync to update time can not sign into my fit book account without changing my password and have to enter through that email wtf is going on

can anyone help or has fit bit stopped supporting using laptop with windows 11 as this is what i have , i dont have a smart phone so i guess i will trash watch???????

Hello @9R96WW and welcome to the Community. I’m not sure how you have been syncing your Versa 2 for the last two months. Fitbit deactivated the Fitbit app for Windows 10 in October. You need a compatible Android or iOS device, but it can be a wi-fi tablet if you have a wireless home network.
Since all new devices need an Android or iOS device for setup, I don’t think Fitbit had any plans for Windows 11 compatibility.

Mine has been working fine up until two days ago, when my wife's stopped syncing on her Win11 desktop, so I let het try my Win10 laptop, and now neither of us can log in. If the desktop app no longer works, why is it still available in the MS store to install?
I've just wasted hours with this, and I'm less than impressed.
No response from support after two days. Absolute rubbish.
