I've been a fitbit users for many years. My versa 2 was working this morning (7/2/23). then stopped syncing to my IPhone 13 with latest software 16.5.1.
I tried the following:
turned bluetooth off on all devices. turned bluetooth on only on iPhone. versa 2 would still would not connect to bluetooth on phone.
power cycled the versa 2
disconnected versa 2 from Fitbit app. now I can't get it connected.
removed app from iPhone and downloaded app again. still versa 2 will not connect to bluetooth on iPhone so. can't add it to fitbit app.
Any other suggestions?
