versa 2 wont sync to strava

Hi, im hoping someone can help. Iv recently bought a versa 2 but I can't get my Fitbit exercises to sync to Strava. I have deleted the Strava app off my watch and unlinked the accounts then redownload the app and linked the accounts again but still no luck, Has anyone else had this problem?

I am having the same problem. Also, my Versa 2 is losing its communication with my iPhone while running, so the maps are no longer showing up on my summaries.
