versa 3 heart rate inaccurate

I've had my versa 3 for over 2 years now and the heart rate tracking is beyond inaccurate and I'm so frustrated. it seems to only track accurately when I'm not moving. the point of a fitness tracker is to track movement and heart rate while exercising. any time I do weight training or HIIT workouts, I can calculate my heart rate at cardio/cardio peak (150-175bpm) and the fitbit reads 90-110 bpm. It tracks my anxiety at higher rates than an intense workout?? I basically have to stop my workout and stand still so it can catch up. I have read all the forums to make sure it's in the correct position and tightness. I know Im operating it correctly. It looks like a lot of people experience the same. TF fitbit? I am ready to throw this in the trash! so frustrating!!

Hi @rfid24 - as you have seen in the forus this problem with heart rate has not been fixed. Mine reads almost double at times.

Basically it can only be relied on for still measurements and sleep, but not for exercise or any of it's derivatives of heart rate.
