versa 3 not giving hourly reminder

my versa 3 has stopped giving me my hourly reminders to move and i cannot find where to update this. can anyone tell me how to reset this so the reminders work again?

Hi @rvoelker  - may be if you swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings you can see if Sleep or Do not disturb got activated.

Thanks they were both on so l turned them off. Here’s hoping that it works tomorrow.
