versa 3 records steps but not distance

I walked 19000 steps today but my phone shows 0 distance. Something isn't right in the data. How can I fix this?

Hi RobCatVI, I have same issue since mid-August. Today I checked several posts in this community and found this post.

I checked my own setting. My walking stride was somehow " - in".  I manually added the inch with my guess. I hope my distance will count again.

Me está ocurriendo lo mismo desde hace un mes. He pedido varias veces ayuda al soporte técnico de Fitbit, pero las vías de solución que me han propuesto no funcionan. Me estoy cansando de intentarlo. Creo que desde que vendieron la aplicación a Google funciona peor.
