versa 3 screen stuck on counting in seconds

Measuring in amount of seconds to complete activity. Screen can not be stopped. Continues to count will be counting in hours soon. How do I stop and move to another screen. Thank you.

Try pressing side button and look for prompt; repeat if necessary.

Pressing side button moves to screen showing tiny pics of of moon. Watch, clock, sound imogi etc.  Pushing button several times eventually goes back to screen counting seconds.

@Di80  - what app are you using?

Normally a short button press, or sometimes a swipe from left edge to right will end it.

I've worn down the face of the watch swiping it, and have a dent on my finger pushing the button. Watch still counting seconds it is 

past 10 hours now. It is time to return the watch.  Thank you all for trying to help.

I don't know any anything with tiny pics of the moon.  I suspect it is a third-part clock face or app you downloaded.

@Di80  -  can you post a picture on here, to see if it Quick Settings or third party watch face or some other issue. Click on the camera or landscape icons to add a picture to your post.
