My versa 3 suddenly jumped on a lock. It doesn't want to unlock anymore. I removed the versa 3 from the app but now it can't pair it anymore because every time the pairing code is visible, the unlock with your phone screen comes up.
What should I do now?
Fitbit says they can't do anything for me and that I should just buy a new one..
There must be a way to see that pairing code and get back into my versa 3?

As you already removed the Versa 3 from the app/ your account, you'll need to get in contact with our Support team to help you unlock the watch.
Fill up the form. You'll see some articles shown. Afterwards you'll see the options to contact Support.
For future refeces, should this happen again, please do not remove the Watch from the app/account. Please have a look at this: How do I unlock my Fitbit device with my phone?
