I have not used my versa 3 in a while. Anyway, I had it charging and went to turn it on but when the button is pressed nothing happens. If I hold the side button for a while it vibrates but nothing happens. I have ordered a new charging cable figuring maybe that is the issue. The app will not sync (there is a red exclamation point) and a few of the guides that talk about resetting do not really specify where the button is to press (I assume it is the one on the side.)
anyway, would love to hear any idea to fix it

Hi @johny3 - good idea to get a new cable, wait to see if it resolves the issue, if not post again.
Once fully charged the side button can be used to restart it and factory reset it.
Normally when placed on charge it should start by itself (if it is ok and charging properly).
Having to start it manually is indicative of it not charging properly and the exclamation in the app means the watch is not connecting which would be the case if it is not charged properly.
