ordered a new charger for my versa. tried charging versa and it will only go to logo screen. will not turn on and it had been charging for 24 hours.

I would try restarting your Fitbit Versa. Just hold the button on the side for 8-10 seconds. The logo screen your seeing now should disappear then reappear. Once it reappears release the button. You will feel it vibrate shortly there after. You won’t lose any data during this.
