versa has died! it won't switch on. won't factory rest either

 Versa died all of a sudden it was vibrating and switching itself off for 10 minutes before it completely shut off and now it won't turn back on. It has been charging now for 5 hours and still nothing. I have tried to factory reset or and the logo doesn't even appear for me to continue.

Same! Just posted in other area. So disappointed. The this is just a paperweight!
