Hi, my husband and i bought our fitbit versa last July 2018, for the past few months both of our watch have been encoutering problems with the green light at the back of our watch. There are times that the green light will stopped working and the heart tracker is also not working. But after shutting it down it will work again. But last saturday as i updated my fitbit watch, the green light totally stopped and it cannont track my heart rate as well. I have already done the reset twice but to no avail it’s not working. Can anyone in fitbit help me troubleshoot my versa? Thank you and God bless!

Hi, since you already tried to restart the Versa and now it will not work anymore, I would contact Customer Support about your HR issue.
