versa lite. Vibrating once and then going black and coming up with the Fitbit logo a minute later

My Fitbit versa lite has started to vibrate once and then go to a black screen and not let me do anything with it and then it’ll come up with the Fitbit logo as if turning on. I use an iPhone 7 Plus to sync it

Mine has just started doing the same thing this past week. Very frustrating. This is my second Fitbit Lite I under a year.

Could it maybe be an update?

I don’t think so, because I updated it a couple of months ago. I was working fine except for emails and text. Then this last week it started acting weird.

Oh I went and saw someone from where it came from and he said it try
completely resetting it again
