versa lite Won`t set up after a factory reset.

 I did a factory reset on my Fitbit versa and now when am trying to set it up again it's not happening...just the logo is displayed...please help me to fix it....tried many times...

This is exactly what is happening with mine now. I tried the phone and pc to set it up, neither one worked.

Versa 2 has not worked for all functions for several months. No heart rate, cannot make changes to other features. Doubt I’ll buy Fitbit again. Live chat helped before but all functions never returned.
