versa lite battery died and wont recharge, won't come on even on charger

Today my Versa Lite battery died. I put it on the charger as usual (although it died unusually fast-it was at 20% 3 hours earlier and normally would have lasted throughout the day on that 20%) and 4 hours later took it off the charger and it wouldn't even turn on. Normally that is more than enough time to charge it fully. I noticed that it wouldn't do anything even on the charger (usually even if fully drained, it would light up when put on the charger). I cleaned all the connections and tried again.....and nothing. Is my fitbit done for?

Hi @shallet - unfortunately it would seem the watch is damaged, often when water accumulates it can start acting strangely with such symptoms.

If it gets hot while charging stop immediately.
