i also have a fitbit versa lite. it it stuck on logo screen. i have tried everything to get it to work, power off , back on , factory reset, it will not even to the most recent update, nothing going on at all. the money spent on it and i can't even use it. the company needs to do something that will really help my situation because wasted money on watch i can't even use

Of so you will need to setup the tracker by doing an add device.
