I had a surge for almost 3 years and never had any problems with it keeping track of my activity and uploading to my dash board, but due to the band breaking for the 3 times and super glue is not longer holding it together. Now I have a VERSA and has nothing bur frustration, it does not link most of the time, therefore I have to keep track off everything, and manually load it.....................if I have to do that was is the purpose of owning a FITBIT. I am a fitbit addict, and track everything, but with this is makes it frustration, I would give anything to have my surge back, I do you it alot, I just can't wear it.
I do go in a few times a day and reset the bluetooth on my phone, sometimes it helps and sometimes it does not.
Please help.

Hi @BSW0268 What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List? The Surge was the old Operating system which worked with more phones than the new OS does, so being on the list can make a big difference. Fortunately I have a Samsung S8 which IS on the list and my Versa syncs pretty well flawlessly.

I wish I would of known that before getting this, I am sure I cannot return it. So frustrated.
