For some reason my Versa will not link up with my phone. My phones Bluetooth cannot find it.

Can you provide more information? The unit links through the app and not directly to the phone. You need to open the app and add the unit to your account and the app will link to the unit.

Setup a tracker

Your Bluetooth should not be able to find it. 

We first setup the tracker to our Fitbit account, afterwords the app will ask for permission to pair the tracker.
