Hi
I have just purchased the Versa from Pc world and it synced with my Huawei P20 lite straight away which was great as I was receiving messages through the watch, but then it doesn't sync, cannot find my watch, I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it works but I am not prepared to do this everytime. Also, it syncs in the background. Am I doing something wrong?

@Salad30 Unfortunately, your phone has been tested by Fitbit and marked as not a compatible device.
But, from a very cursory glance I see that Versa used to work for e.g. Huawei Lite owners before September 6 2018, which corresponds to Fitbit mobile app update to version 2.78. Have you tried any version below that? How about installing 2.74.2? Look for it on the internet.
The trick here is to not pair in phone Bluetooth settings but rather let the Fitbit mobile app do that.
Additional tips if sync issues persist: If you have Wifi set up, go to Fitbit mobile app and remove it, then sync your Versa. I noticed that it causes issues for me. If you have other Bluetooth devices paired with your phone, forget them. One of them might be causing issues. Also, make sure Always Connected, Keep Alive Widget (in older builds) and All day sync are enabled.

I have tried to download the previous Fitbit app as suggested but s message came up saying it will harm my laptop. My watch occasionally syncs with my laptop now, but not with my phone - the Bluetooth on my phone isn't compatible with my watch

@Salad30 The apk file should be installed on Android phone not computer. Google how to do that. You can get the file from the site like APK mirror.
