versa not telling correct time and date

My Fitbit versa won’t tell me the correct time or date. And I don’t know how to fix it

You can't manually set the time but it should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone or computer based on the time on that device. Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok?

 

The other thing that affects the time is the timezone in your profile. You can check yours at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile If you do change it then you'll need to sync again to update your fitbit.

Hi my versa has stopped syncing. I have re installed and that worked for about 6hrs then it stopped now doesn't tell right time but does have right day. I have a LG G6 phone that has worked fine till the last update I did for the app.
