I have tried the 'turning it off and on' routine with no luck.. it was working really well and then it suddenly stopped recording either... it doesn't record on the watch or sync to phone

Versa not tracking sleep records

My Versa has stopped tracking bmp and sleep too. Any advice appreciated.

@padtheway @SAH191 @Tammycat Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't recording your sleep. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. The restart should help with the heart rate reading too and I would add that clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

I had a blaze and just upgraded to the versa. I never had a problem with sleep and hr from my blaze, so none of the suggested "solutions" are helpful. The only thing synching is stepcount.
My watch shows how much I slept, but it will not synch to my phone app.
