versa only says "phone" when i get a call

have a Note 8 and updated to android 9. Since then every time i get a call all my versa says is "phone". if i miss the call it will then show the caller information. i have all permissions checked and i have uninstalled and reloaded everything. I even reset my versa back to factory and started over but it did not fix it. everything else works perfectly. thanks for the help

There are issues with Android 9. Fitbit is working on it.
