my versa says unlock with my phone
but my phone wont connect with the versa, although it is syncing
How can I unlock my versa?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, unfortunately I'm not quite sure what your issue is. Are you having trouble unlocking your Versa because of a pin? My versa says unlock with phone
When I try and reset the pin on my phone it says it cannot connect to my Fitbit (although my phone is syncing with the Fitbit)
Nino tried unpairing and repairing the Fitbit and phone. He then asked me to do a factory reset on the Fitbit, but the Fitbit isn’t doing a factory reset
Please advise how I can get the Fitbit unlocked

I did resolve the issue but encountered about issue 1st lol
But in the end I think what I did that worked was I
1. Went into my Bluetooth settings and clicked forget versa
2. Then went into the Fitbit app. And deleted the versa.
3. Then I reset my phone and versa
4. Then linked my versa again and re did the set up.
It worked but it's extremely frustrating...
I have not linked a credit card again yet because I'm worried that was what the issue was.

I am having the same issue. But by pushing the left button and lower right button the massage goes away and if I flip my wrist the display comes up normally.
Very annoying on something brand new!

I had the same issue. Unlock with your phone, and my fitbit app didn't show my versa as connected (it showed as empty battery). couldn't see it in bluetooth connections either. Luckily, I could enter the Wallet app on my Fitbit app, and that prompted me to reset my pincode. That worked.
