on the 16th of feb i emailed support about this and had a replacement - and now it's happening again.
what is going on? is there any possibility of fitbit finding me a versa that will actually was made properly? or replacing it with a versa 2 or something? i mean this replacement would be my 4th since last july or so and that's insane.
anyone else had this many failures?
i've just emailed support so will see what they say but would like to know if any others had options beyond just getting a replacement or abandoning fitbit altogether?
thanks

well, last time i had one fail i asked for an extension of warranty - just to see if fitbit would show any faith in their product whatsoever - and no they didn't.
this time i asked if they'd swap it out for a versa 2 due to a month i've gone without a tracker (10 day turnaround for a replacement x 3) and they didn't even read the email.
just a "hey, great job on following our advice". i'm just wondering if this new one will fail before my warranty runs out in july - odds are, it will. after that i'm on to xiaomi. seems to have better QA than fitbit,
p.s i have my old versa's in a bag together - like a fitbit graveyard. along with my blaze.

had a reply saying they'll swap it out for a versa 2 due to this being a 3rd replacement.
thanks fitbit.

ok, 2 months after getting the 4th device, the screen fell off again.
has anyone else had this many screens fall off? am i unlucky or is the glue used to hold down the screens just not up to the task?

my 2nd versa 2 battery failed (went from 4 days per charge to less than 24 hours). then the screen failed. so 3 versa's and 2 versa 2's since 4 years ago this month. the versa line (based on my 5!) has an average lifespan of 9.6 months.
moved on to garmin.
never had devices as bad as fitbit, or such poor support. never again!
