2 days ago my versa stopped counting active minutes and days of weekly excercise.
I talked to two customer service reps, a half hour with each one. No help until the second rep told me after an hour on the phone that they are aware of the issue and keep looking for updates.
That's it!!!!!!!! Anyone have this issue and why did it take an hour for these reps to tell me they are aware of it.

I am having exactly the same problem and it’s so frustrating!!! Hope they can fix this problem and quickly !!!
