versa step don't even agee with details inside app

on summary it shows about 3700 steps.  when I go into app, drill in and go to full page to see 15 min intervals at top it says 1500 steps for the day and the details about add up to that.  what?  it does not even agree with itself.

 

I am a new fitbit user and the bugs, synching problems, this issue, and overstating steps by at least 10%+ are hard to live with given the price.  if it is not fixed quickly it is going back.

First, try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

nope.  now it doubled up on my sleep showing 2x amount in app!!  sorry but this thing was not properly Beta tested. next time they should let real people Beta it!!

Sorry that didn't work.  Time now for a Factory Reset.  Swipe left  to Settings, then About and then Factory Reset.  The Versa will be returned to the way it was when you first got it and you will be instructed in setting it up again.
