versa stuck on 0 battery screen and goes dead (wont charge)

i have had this versa since christmas and no issues.however now it has went feom 47 percent and died and when i try to reboot to see the fitbit logo nothing happena.it just shows the zero battery screen and when i stick it onto charge it does nothing.

 

Have tried from a plug and also the laptop
