I just got the versa 3 days ago and have had more problems with syncing than I have ever had with my flex and my alta hr. Actually I still sync with my almost dead battery alta than my versa. Yes, I have done all the normal fixes. It will work for an hour and quit.
I guess I am wondering if I should return it. I like it but too frustrating if there is no fix?

Hi, what I miss in your post is the phone you are using and where the setup of the Versa with your phone's Fitbit app went wrong. This is essential information to try and help you as good as possible to solve the issues.

I have a Samsung 8. It just seems like the versa has extra trouble syncing. I didnt know if this was a common issue and I should return it

I've had my Versa since January and it will not say synced with my Samsung Galaxy 7 for more than 2 days at a time get very frustrated my alta worked much better...I need help...
