versa vs versa lite which one 2 buy?

Hi @karentrey  I would go for the Versa, but it is a personal choice as to what is important to you.  If you want music on the device then you need the Versa etc

Hi @karentrey, good to see you in the community.

I know you disregarded the Versa 2 because you don't want to use Alexa, but Alexa is an opt in function. In other words if you do not set up Alexa (which is impossible to do by mistake) it would be like the feature is not there. I would most definitely recommend the Versa 2 over the Versa for the updated hardware alone (better screen, faster processor and most of all better battery life).

If you are still sure you would choose the Versa (over the Versa 2) then the first thing to do is compare the differences between that and the Versa Lite (compare products). You can then work out whether the missing features (on the Lite) are things you would be happy without.

The most notable differences are that the Versa Lite is lacking -

• Floors climbed
• Swim tracking
• On screen workouts
• Music storage (and offline streaming)
• Fitbit pay (although depending on country only the Versa Special edition has this).

@karentrey   I also want to add that the Versa isn't available in the Fitbit store.  If you choose a Versa, make sure you buy it from an authorized retailer (Retailers) to get full warranty protection.

I am looking at the versa at sams, versa &  versa lite on amazon, and versa 2 at costco. .
