versa watch not updating to latest software

my versa watch appears to be stuck on ver 32.33.1.30. my wifes versa watch is at 32.70.8.0. both watches the same model. have tried everything to update but nothing works.

 

can anyone please advise...

Updates roll out gradually.  There can be a big time lag between two users getting it.  All you can do is wait.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Been like this for 2 to 3 months since my wife's upgrade .
