versa won't turn on or charge

My versa has not been keeping the proper time for a week or so.  It has not held a charge for the whole day.  I tried the suggestions on this site.  Holding the back button for 10 sec. and resetting worked for one day.  Now, the screen is totally blank.  It is not taking a charge, it isn't vibrating on the charger, it is completely blank and has been for several days.  It won't turn on at all or take any kind of a charge.  Any help would be appreciated.

I have a versa 2 and have almost same issues. I did a factory reset and it is not responding anymore now.

I have a versa 2 and have almost same issues. It wont charge. don't even vibrate when I put it in the charger. it is totally blank

When I had those same issues with my Blaze it was because the battery had expired (I mean totally expired, dead, never to work again). The Fitbit solution is “buy a new one”. You can purchase replacements online but installing it is not simple.

I had this issue. I called customer support, they walked through  troubleshooting with me to no avail. They ended up sending me a new versa lite. I hope that helps you! 🙂
