versa wont tell me steps, calories burned, and active minutes

on my versa where it should say steps, calories burned, and active minutes it just says ‘undefined’. 

how do i get it to show the correct numbers?

Are you using a third-party watch face?  If so, try switching to one 'Made by Fitbit' and see if that helps.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
