my Versa shut off randomly and now it won't turn back on or charge. I've tried reseting it multiple times and leaving it on the charger the screen doesn't turn on at all just a plain black screen. I also don't think it died because the app said it was at medium battery before it stopped working

I had the same thing happen this evening. I called the Fitbit help center at (877) 623-4997. They asked a few questions and had me try a couple of different things with no luck. They said they would send me a replacement tracker since mine is still under warranty. You keep the old band, charger, and etc. They sent an email with a link to a short form to fill out. Replacement will arrive in 5-7 business days.

Mine was 6 months over the 1 year warranty and none of the troubleshooting worked. Only option is to buy a new device.
