my versa is not pairing to the app or my phone. on the iphone bluetooth menu it says it is connect but i do not have the option to forget device so i don’t believe it is actually connected. going to try to add screenshots. i’ve reset it three times now and even deleted the app and redownloaded to log back it. right before this i was having syncing issues so i took the versa off my account and tried to re-pair it and this is my current problem.
