Hello,
When using apple air pods connected via bluetooth, does the Versa allow volume control? This was an issue with the Ionic. I cold play and hear my playlists, but could not control the volume. I ended up returning the Ionic. I am hoping they fixed the issue with the Versa?
thanks

Has anyone tried the new Versa with apple air pods yet?

I don't have Apple Air Pods but while listening to music if you navigate to the Music Controls screen there is a little + and - in the upper and lower right hand corners to control the volume. Did you have this with the Ionic? I would have thought the volume control would work with any paired Bluetooth headphones. It works with my bluetooth headphones but my headphones also have volume control built in.

Thanks for the reply on this. The Iconic had the same plus or minus buttons, but wouldn't work with the air pods. So, the volume was stuck in the medium to loud range. There was a post or two started about that on the Iconic, but I don't think a solution was ever found.

Just spent an excruciating amount of time putting 145 songs on my new versa special edition (what is this, 2002?)... then i paired my airpods and went for a jog... volume is low.
...Come on fitbit, youre $230 tracker wont work with the best/most popular wireless headphones on the market?

I have purchased the airpods for my versa. I can listen to music, however I cannot control the music volume level. I have contacted fitbit and they said they are working to fix this problem.

I have used the AirPods with Very, and to change control I used the right top and bottom to control the volume and it worked fine. Could you let me know if it works for you?

The line showing increasing and decreasing doesn't show but the volume on my AirPods dies change. These are the Apple iPods. I can't figure why it's not working for you. I tried on all services my iTunes music, Pandora and Deezer. Still not working?

I have only tried on the music I have loaded to the versa watch. However I have tried restarting the versa many times and no success.

I’m using the versa and air pods ( no phone ). The volume control does not work. My air pods were full blast, I re-paired them and it’s mid level volume. Some people are saying that the controls work for them, but I think they are using versa and a phone. I just wanted a watch that I could use without a phone .

I turned off iPhone and AirPods work fine. Maybe close watch and iPhone then start again. Maybe this will help. Love my watch so far

What music are you listening to? I don’t have an iPhone so there is no option of turning it off. I restarted my watch, my air pods, nothing works.

Are you able to turn the air pods down to almost no sound?

I can turn the volume down, and then back up again, but it’s very very low. Had the problem before with other none Apple products so I’m not entirely sure it’s fitbits fault!
