Last evening I checked my Versa for weather. it read 13 celcius! The Iphone app clearly says I live in the US. I re-synched and no change. This morning the watch still says 13 celcius, and it is now Wednesday.
I have offloaded the app and reloaded it to the phone and no change. The Fitbit website says my highest step day was 5000, when it was 7000. The Versa app on the Iphone doesn't keep any data from days past, so when I go to review my stats on the phone app, it just doesn't say anything about what really happened. Trying to record ounces of liquid consumed o the phoe is a joke. I have to enter it into the app instead. The Versa was a great tool when I got it for Christmas, but now it's just a watch that records steps. What is going on? Where can I contact tech support? This is not cool.
